Forgot Your Password?

Resetting your password is easy but it requires access to the email account you used to sign up.

First, send an email to reset@songbe.at from your email account. Subject and body of the email do not matter.

We will then send you a confirmation email. Reply to this email, which shows that you are really in control of the email account, and we'll give you a new generated password.

You'll also get a link to your profile so you can change this password right away.

No Confirmation Yet?

If you are having problems confirming, then send an email to reset@songbe.at and we'll just delete that account. As long as you can send it'll work, but only if you have not confirmed yet.

You can then go through the signup process again, and maybe try a different email address if you're having problems with that one.
